Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage & Duration

All brand-new products purchased through Safer India are covered by a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage caused during transit or delivery

Please note:

  • The warranty applies only to eligible products and does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper usage.
  • Accessories, consumables, attachments, and individual components of the primary product are not covered under warranty unless explicitly mentioned.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return request:

  • Submit a return request through the Product Return Form.
  • Provide supporting evidence such as an unboxing video and first-use video/photo proof clearly showing the issue.

Our support and technical team will review the issue and attempt troubleshooting or resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, the product may be approved for return, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.

Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Products claimed as defective must not be improperly activated, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Products returned for reasons other than defects should be in their original condition, packaging, and unused/sealed state where applicable.
  • If a product is confirmed faulty, Safer India will arrange pickup from your address to the designated service center.
  • Components, spare parts, and accessories of the main product are not eligible for return or exchange unless specifically stated.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, logistics availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.
  • During public holidays or peak periods, dispatch timelines may be extended.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is verified as defective or damaged upon review, customers may be eligible for:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product, based on availability and resolution preference.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement are eligible for full cancellation at no additional cost.
  • If cancellation is requested after 12 hours or after processing has begun, a 5% cancellation fee may be deducted from the total order amount.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved return requests involving faulty or defective products, Safer India will bear the return shipping costs.

Customers will not be required to pay additional pickup or return courier charges for approved warranty or defect-related returns.
