Warranty & Return Policy

At Safer India, we are committed to delivering high-quality safety and self-defense products while ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers.

Warranty Coverage

All brand-new products purchased from Safer India are covered by a 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage incurred during transit

Please note that the warranty does not apply to product accessories, attachments, consumables, or individual components supplied with the main product.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return request:

  1. Complete the Product Return Form.

  2. Provide clear evidence of the issue, including:

    • An unboxing video

    • A video showing the first use of the product (if applicable)

Our technical support team will review the submitted information and attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, the product will be approved for return and refund/replacement as applicable.

Return Conditions

  • Products returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Products claimed to be defective must not be tampered with, modified, or activated beyond normal testing.

  • For verified defective products, Safer India will arrange pickup from the customer's address at no additional cost.

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for accessories, spare parts, or components supplied with the main product.
